Selection Process, Rules & Criteria
The Selection Process:
This will be a peer-selected award where:
- KATA Members will select their preferred industry supplier (hotel, airline, etc.) in each award category based on their personal experience and satisfaction with service levels.
- Industry Suppliers will similarly select their preferred travel agency in each of the provided categories, also based on their personal experience and service level satisfaction.
Selections will be guided by the following key performance indicators:
- Quality of service
- Customer satisfaction
- Creativity and Innovation
- Overall Contribution to the Growth of the Travel Industry in Kenya
Selection Rules and Criteria:
- Each member or supplier will be allowed to select one candidate per category.
